I'm the first to admit that when I found out that award-winning, gorgeous photography can suck, I was a little surprised. But my clients kept telling me about experiences they'd had with some previous Melbourne photographer or other who had produced a nice set of images that didn't fit their brief. And so they couldn't use them.

Of course, what's even worse is images that not only don't fit your brief, but don't even look good... and cost you plenty of money. And then having to do the whole damn thing again.
